Starting Tomorrow

Hello,

I’m going to start running and getting in shape tomorrow.
Right now I weigh about 157-153. Last year around this time I was… 120? I got on birth control and gained a lot of weight. It isn’t in bad places. My breasts went from a 34b to a 36C. My butt is huge and my stomach isn’t that big. However, because I don’t want the possibility of getting bigger, I have decided to do the ol’ track thing.

Not only do I not want to gain more weight, but I want to be able to kick ass. I’m starting college soon, and if I’m caught off guard one night walking back to my apartment, I want to be able to defend myself. :)

My goal is to be below 130! I will do this! I’ve been that small before, I can do it again.
